Alaké Mills is about to wrap up her first year as a Residence Life Coordinator at Western University! She did her undergrad in Global Politics with a minor in History at Carleton University, where she started to develop her passion for curriculum work and community building. If she is not working, you can find her daydreaming of visiting her home country, Jamaica, playing with her cat Valentino, reading a good book or looking for a new extreme sport to try, as she has been skydiving a few times. She enjoys getting to know new folks, so please say hello if you ever see her around!
