Aldean Ellis brings a robust background in teaching intercultural communications within the Canadian business, focusing on honing written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills. His expertise extends to teaching English and Spanish, emphasizing listening, speaking, reading, and writing competencies. He has imparted his knowledge at EAN University in Bogota, Colombia, and is pursuing a PhD in Hispanic Studies and Migration and Ethnic Relations at Western University. His academic journey includes a Master of Philosophy in Spanish from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and International Relations.

With over seven years of teaching experience, Ellis is a dedicated higher education communications instructor passionate about business communication, language teaching, and cultural integration. He excels in managing diverse classroom settings, employing flipped learning methodologies, and infusing lessons with culture, technology, and effective communication strategies. His extensive travel and teaching experiences across Latin America, the Caribbean, and North America enrich his teaching style and understanding of diverse cultures.
