Alfred Adu-Bobi has extensive experience in teaching, research, and administration. He holds a master’s degree in Educational Administration from the University of Saskatchewan and an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Critical Policy, Equity, and Leadership Studies at Western University.

He is committed to lifelong learning and professional development, and brings a unique blend of educational expertise and business acumen to his work. In Fall 2023, he was part of a team of three that won the Best Pitch Prize in Western's WORLDiscoveries Graduate Students Innovation Scholars program. He is actively involved in research, publishing his work in reputable journals, and presenting at international conferences. His areas of research interest include school leadership, school principals' well-being, and crisis management.

He is also deeply committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives within academia and the broader community. He is a member of the Racial Equity and Inclusivity Committee of the Society for Graduate Studies, and has participated in numerous EDI training sessions, workshops, and conferences, demonstrating his dedication to fostering inclusive environments and addressing systemic barriers. He is also dedicated to mentoring future educators, highlighting his commitment to fostering excellence in education.
